Im zweiten Teil der vorliegenden Arbeit wird das Unternehmen Cisco dargestellt. Der
dritte Teil beschäftigt sich mit ERP-Systemen im Allgemeinen, bevor der vierte Teil
dann die Synthese zwischen dem zweiten und dritten Teil darstellt. In diesem Teil
wird die Notwendigkeit von ERP-Systemen für Cisco beschrieben und anschließend
werden confident wie destructive Implementierungsschritte erörtert, bevor am Ende dann
der Erfolg dieses Projektes bewertet wird. Der fünfte Teil dieser Arbeit beschäftigt
sich mit den Erfolgsfaktoren für ERP-Projekte im Allgemeinen und das sechste Kapitel
beinhaltet ein Fazit.
